Lorex L154-81 Digital Security Recorder
Spectrum signal analyzer for detection of modulated sources , RF interference.
The Ghostshop uses a mix of commercial and custom built devices to conduct our investigations. This includes quad channel digital DVR equipment with 0 Lux camera's with capabilities of 4 channel video for 200 hours at 30 fps (Lorex 15481)
Custom Built thermal pixel imaging equipment ( no lens ) allows for distortion free imaging.
Digital Dowsing Rods --- Another custom built device to sense RF, EMF and static changes.
DAT audio and digital audio (in Stereo researcher in right channel only) Time Stamp / Event stamp data loggers.
We also use IPVideo 9100 Ip cctv unit.
This allows up to 32 camera's to be viewed from a single web page.
Also allows each camera to have motion detection. ( Not PIR but Pixel shift)
Any Image change ! Then we stream the motion capture to an FTP server.
Why ? Well it's a lot easier to look at the changes that take place the pouring through 200 hrs of video and hoping you didn't blink!
Another great feature of the 9100 is ease of use. Just run a Ethernet cable to the area and cable the camera's local to the 9100.
Much faster setup!
Each 9100 also has an Audio port so that sound can be captured from the area as well.
Then there's the nice feature of time stamps on every image! no guessing if it was 12:30 or 1:00 AM.
This has made watching multiple camera's in multiple area's a breeze!
We also use the 9100 motion detect to review other video footage. We just sink the time to the tape or dvr deck and allow them to play back through the 9100. The result is a complete record of change and time stamp so that the original video record can be reviewed!
