Ghost Shop Policies

Digital Dowsing, LLC owns and operates GhostShop.com. Our devices ship factory direct from our Loveland, Colorado facility. Please review the following policies before placing orders. If you have further questions please feel free to ask through Ghost Shop’s Contact Form and we will get back to you on business days within 24 hours (M-F).

Shipping

  • Track your package with your USPS tracking number.
  • We ship within 1-2 business days* after your order is placed ON IN-STOCK ITEMS.
    • For example an item ordered during the business day on Friday would be shipped by Tuesday.
    • Non-Stocked items currently include the Xcam SLS. Each unit is built to order.
  • *Xcam SLS Shipping Notes:
    • The Xcam SLS ships within the backorder business days specified on the order OR within the rush build time if expedited.
    • Build time does not include shipping/transit time.
    • Build time is quoted in business days not in calendar days.  Our business days are M-F on non-holidays.
    • Each Xcam SLS is is built to order this is not a stocked item.
    • The *Xcam SLS ships with SIGNATURE REQUIRED this is non-negotiable.
  • For domestic orders we ship via USPS.
  • For international orders: we ship via USPS.
    • A select set of products is currently available for shipping outside of the USA.
    • Each product lists the countries it can ship to just above the add-to-cart button.
  • When your order ships you will receive a tracking number to the email address provided during checkout.
  • If you created an account with Ghost Shop the tracking information can be viewed by going into the detail of an order.

Payment

  • If you need more time to pay or need to make multiple payments then please review options available from PayPal:
  • Ghost Shop accepts PayPal payments. You may pay with either your PayPal account or your credit card through PayPal.
  • Ghost Shop never collects any credit card or bank information this information is passed directly to PayPal.
  • Coupon codes can be applied on the right hand side of your shopping cart before proceeding to PayPal.
  • Coupon codes are generally only distributed through Digital Dowsing’s insider newsletter.  The insider newsletter provides news of up coming products, appearances and limited time offers.
  • Taxes are charged for orders shipped to Colorado.
  • For International customers the VAT and other applicable import fees are not included in the price, in most cases these will be collected by the courier at the time of delivery.
  • To complete checkout the Terms of Purchase must be agreed to.

Back-Orders

  • Ghost Shop accepts back-orders on many products that are still in active production by Digital Dowsing.
  • The backorder time frame is specified on the product page, at checkout. The expected delivery date is noted on the invoice.
  • If you combine your backorder with in-stock or pre-order devices:
    • For USA customers: We will send the in-stock devices within 1-2 business days and send your back-order or pre-order item when it is available.
    • For International Customers (non USA):  You will receive your in-stock device the same time as the back-order or pre-order items.  These will not be shipped separately.

Pre-Orders

  • Pre-Orders ship when the product is available.
  • The majority of Pre-Orders will have a month listed for shipping.
  • With popular devices only a certain amount of pre-orders are scheduled per month.
  • To ensure your place in line, please order early.
  • If you combine your pre-order with in-stock or back-order devices:
    • For USA customers: We will send the in-stock devices within 1-2 business days and send your back-order or pre-order item when it is available.
    • For International Customers (non USA):  You will receive your in-stock device the same time as the back-order or pre-order items.  These will not be shipped separately.

Warranty & Support

Returns / Refunds

  • Overview:
    • Merchandise with evidence of tampering or disassembly are not eligible for a refund.
    • Shipping damage to items must provide photo evidence of the damaged parcel and must be within 1 day of receipt.
    • Merchandise returned within 7 days of receipt is eligible for a full refund provided that the below Return Terms are met.
    • Merchandise returned between 8 and 30 days is eligible for a return and refund less a restocking fee of 20%, provided that the below Return Terms are met:
    • Merchandise returned after 30 days is not eligible for a refund.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Ghost Shop reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Ghost Shop reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Ghost Shop shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Trademarks and Copyrights

  • Ovilus® is a registered trademark of Digital Dowsing LLC.
  • All service marks, trademarks and trade names of third party organizations, manufacturers or service providers are governed by their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

Ghost Shop and Digital Dowsing LLC shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Ghost Shop and Digital Dowsing LLC have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Privacy

  • Ghost Shop will never sell your information.
  • All financial information is securely processed by PayPal so you can shop with confidence.
  • Information recorded during the checkout process is for shipping fulfillment purposes only.
  • By placing an order, creating an account you will receive confirmation to the provided email.
  • By contacting us you will receive a response to the provided email.
